Square foot minimum for Sunset Cove Homes

• 2 story - 1,500 sq. ft. minimum each floor (3,000 total sq. ft. minimum required)
• 1 story - 1,700 sq. ft. minimum required
• Multi level - split level or walk-out level 2,500 sq. ft. total minimum required
